Returns and withdrawal

Bought something on Sutta and want to return it? If you are a consumer you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

  • Use the "Withdraw from the contract here" function below: you will receive a confirmation with the text of your statement and the date and time it was sent.
  • Once we receive your statement we will email you the return instructions: please don't ship anything before you have them.
